I'm interested! What happens next?

Get in touch and i'll arrange a 30 minute call to discuss your requirements, once I know the level and type of support you need, I can advise you which package to choose.

How do I pay you?

I send you an invoice on the 25th of each month to cover your package hours for the month ahead.  If I have worked additional hours over the course of the month then they will be included on your next invoice. 

What if I need more hours one month?

Most of my clients choose a flexible package, for example you commit to a minimum of 20 hours a month and a maximum of 30 hours a month, therefore you always know the minimum and maximum spend depending on how much support you need per month. I'll invoice you in advance for the minimum hours and the additional hours will be included on your next invoice.

How often are you available?

Monday - Thursday, 09:00 - 15:00 are my standard working hours.  However, if I can't complete the work during these hours then I will work additional hours at my discretion. 

How do I get in touch with you?

Most clients will contact me via e-mail but some prefer a call/message/whatsapp - whatever works best for you. 

How do you track the time you work for me?

I use an app called Toggl to track the time I spend on your projects which will be rounded up and down to the nearest 15 minutes.

What if I don't use my full quota of hours each month?

At the end of each month we will monitor the amount of hours i'm working and move your package up or down to suit your needs.

How do you ensure continuity?

I don't work with any other VA's, the support I offer is all provided by me.  I don't take on too many clients either - quality over quantity.

Are there any hidden costs?

Absolutely not, my prices are set. 

The work I do is confidential, how can I trust you?

I've been a PA for 20 years and in that time have had access to some highly confidential information - discretion is a priority.  I also have a section on confidentiality in my client agreement that we will both sign ahead of you becoming a client.

It's not working for me - how do I cancel?

You just have to give me 30 days notice.

Do I have to provide a space for you to work?

No, I work virtually from my own office. 

I have a PA at work, and only need you for lifestyle support - is this ok?

Absolutely.  The services I provide are tailored to your unique needs, whether it be business, personal or both.  Some clients like me to interact with their office based PA. 

Would you be willing to cover maternity leave?

Absolutely, using a VA to cover maternity leave is becoming a popular choice, it's a great way to keep costs down.

What happens when you go on holiday?

I will give you 30 days notice of any planned holidays, most clients then try to use their hours before or after my time away. I set an out of office and provide a thorough handover before I leave.
